It's hard to believe. Sally started our beloved hiking group 1-year ago. The actual anniversary date is June 19, 2021. . .but, Sally is unable to join us on that date, so we are celebrating on June 12, 2021 at our usual time (9:30AM). Notices will go out by email and by WhatsApp with time and location.
To express our appreciation to Sally and Roy for starting this group and for planning and organizing our hikes every week, I would like to get gift certificates for each of them. I had to state a goal, so I picked $225 each; but, you can determine how much, if any, you want to contribute. I am also open to suggestions on where to buy gift certificates for Sally and Roy. REI sounds like a logical option for Roy, but I am looking for suggestions for Sally.
