‘Thank You’ to staff of Genesis Christian College

Hi to the Year 12 families of Genesis Christian College - 2024

Myself, Yasmin Dargusch (mother of Ky Dargusch), Naomi Mondon (mother of Josh Mondon - School Captain), Dipa Vanmali, and a few other mums would like to propose that all Year 12 families come together to show our appreciation to the staff at the College for the wonderful schooling years our children have received.

We are proposing a ‘Thank You’ morning tea on behalf of the Year 12’ students and families consisting of savoury platters and a sweet treat or two which would be placed in the two main staff rooms at the College.

We are kindly asking for each family to please donate $25 to the GoFundMe page to assist with the catering.

The savoury platters would be outsourced through ‘My Alter Ego’ - one of Brisbane’s leading catering experts, and in addition to this, some delicious cakes from the local business ‘2Chefs and a Cupcake’ located in the Warner Shopping Centre.

We have soughed approval from Mr Sterling for this ‘token of appreciation’ to take place at the school. Mr Sterling deemed it a much appreciated gesture and suggested for it to take place on Wednesday 9th October.

So we have the approval - LET THE FUNDRAISING BEGIN !!
