100 CATS CAMPAIGN

We cannot rescue our way out of an overpopulation crisis on the streets of Belize. Spay and Neuter is the humane way to help both cats and human community members live in health and harmony.

Thanks to donors both local and international, the pilot program of Community Cats of Belize - Grassroots TNR has been established in the capital city of Belmopan. So far, we’ve trapped, neutered and returned over 160 cats! Not only has this helped to stabilize the population of several key large cat colonies but we’ve also been able to help some families in need with assistance to spay or neuter their pet cats, preventing new colonies from starting. So many cats have had their quality of life improved and so much suffering has been prevented! It’s time for another big fundraising push to sponsor our next 100 cats!
