The 7th Annual Pack-a-Backpack Event

Pittsburgh's 7th Annual Pack-a-Backpack Event.

For the past 7 years, we have been getting together to raise as much money as possible to stuff backpacks with school supplies and get them distributed across the entire city of Pittsburgh.

We always start by supporting the local shelters across the city that house a large number of children in need of many things, including school supplies.

We have a relationship with 5 Below in Robinson Township where we gather hundreds of backpacks. And to add a bit of fun to it, we show live video at Walmart buying as many supplies as we can possibly gather to fill the backpacks.

As many of you know by now, we like to collect photos and videos along the way, so you can actually see your donations going directly towards a good cause. Unlike other fundraisers, this one allows you to literally watch where your donation goes.

Let's make it happen again for the less fortunate kids across the city of Pittsburgh, and let's make sure that no child shows up to school on his or her first day without the tools needed to achieve and reach greatness.
