I'm just going to repost what she sent me" as we have become good friends because of Tyler, with pictures. I want to do a Gofund Me page for them. Well I have bad news we left Eldora and went camping at the lake here in Ky. We haven’t even been home yet. My daughter picked up our Bassett hounds from the dog sitter and brought them to us at the lake Tonight Tyler and I went to town to the grocery and I got a call from the campground our camper caught fire and burnt to the ground. We lost our precious Bassett hounds Mack molly and macey all perished in the fire our other Bassett hound Rugger was able to get out when they opened the door he’s in critical condition and they said next twenty four hours are touch and go due to his lungs Friday is Tyler’s birthday we planned on celebrating it at the lake he’s so precious he hugged me so tight as I cried we have insurance but it can’t replace our dogs every thing Tyler got from Eldoraat the kings royal and world 100 was in the camper I know those things are just things but I really appreciate everything that was done for him and life’s short we were lucky we weren’t inside we wouldn’t have gotten out they said the air conditioner exploded and shot straight up in the air and when they opened the door because they could hear our dog it exploded in flames. God was watching over Tyler and I but my heart still breaks for my dogs so please keep us in your prayers this is a tough one. We’d been living in our camper in our backyard while we remodeled the house we bought doesn’t seem real yet still in shock but I could use some prayers the guilt of our loss of our dogs is tearing me apart Thank you for listening I’m just devastated but we’re alive and that’s a blessing

A little good news our Bassett Rugger is improving and his lungs are a little clearer from smoke inhalation and his nose has a burn place on it and he has some singed hair down his back and side but he’s doing better. I talked with Kevin and he said you can share or story if you decide to I don’t think I could even start to make a post I’m just so thankful Tyler wasn’t inside we looked at the debris this morning and there’s absolutely no way I could have gotten Tyler out he stayed in the back bunk beds Everything is gone all I found was one partially melted sticker
