A note from Jonathans Wife: Danielle
As many of you may or may not know. Jonathan Alexander’s parents Rebecca and Micheal (Mr.A) have been hospitalized for the past week, week, and a half with Covid19.
While his mother Rebecca is on a slow but steady upswing and getting better she will still need home health care to regain strength and help with household chores and daily tasks.
His father is still intubated and sedated in ICU at St. Vincent's hospital.
While this is all a waiting game we would like to do our best to set his parents home up for when they both return.
Jonathan Alexander, their only son is doing his best to provide the care his parents need while working across the country in Washington State as a police officer and going back and forth to and from Alabama to check in on his parents.
We would love to support him the best we can in the time being.
Things needed are in home health care which Jonathan is set up to pay $800 a month, they need a new adjustable bed as his mom will spend a lot of her time in bed while recovering that is about $2000. Pre-made meal deliveries are set up for his mother that is $100 a week, covering household items per month is about $100 and Meds for his mother are $200 a month.
If we covered all these expenses for as long as possible to relieve the family from this financial burden it would allow Jonathan to continue work and provide for his family as well as ensuring that his parents were taken care of in Birmingham.
Anything you can do to help is wonderful.
If anything, please pray for a full recovery for them both and more urgently for his sweet dad to wake up.
