The Amazebian

"The Amazebian" is a sexy, silly, and shocking journey of a broken soul as she is forced to take on her greatest fears in order to become whole. This is a story of radical transformation via a multi-media aerial ballet ~ Thunderbird (formerly Traci) Dinwiddie's swan song to her 20+ years as a professional C-List actor. WooHooo! Boom! Pow!
Her very own one woman show & big ole comic book fangirl nod to Stan Lee! Anyone who knows the existential struggle of finding purpose in one's life ~ Anyone who has experienced rejection, immense loss, powerlessness, assault and oppression could benefit from this empowering show. Don't get it twisted. This is not a drab story about horrible things, rather, it is a sophisticated, comical, and even joyous exploration of the absurd systems currently in place.
A Mental Health romp using paint, puppetry, drumming, original music, short films, poetry, aerial dance & live performance. The entire creative process will be documented by a small film crew. A documentary will be edited after the show runs. Built with a tour in the plans.
The funds will be used for the following:
Paint supplies
Aerial rigging gear & apparatus & crash pads
Visual Effects fees
Venue
Camera equipment & skeleton crew
Dance & Performance mentor fees
Costumes
Lighting
Puppet material & rigging
Sound
Studio time
Editor
Hard drives
Actors/Dancers fees
Film Permit fees
Insurance
And paying myself as Artistic Director & Star.
And getting my tooth fixed. ;)
And hiring someone else to talk about me so I never have to speak about myself in 3rd person again.
All donors will be invited to a private YouTube page for Amazebian updates.
Tiers have not yet been established, but there will be RAD prizes & gifts for donors! $25K would definitely get a Producer credit. Also looking into grants, but this is the only way to get this project up & running immediately. Thank you from every particle of myself for supporting in whatever way feels bright (thus, right) for you!
