The Amin Family - Fleeing Taliban, Embracing Hope

Two years ago, Afghanistan fell into the hands of the Taliban, a dark turn of events that forced families to make heart-wrenching decisions in search of safety and freedom. Today, we present you with an opportunity to directly impact the lives of the Amin family, a resilient group that made the courageous choice to escape to the United States seeking safety, freedom, and a chance for a brighter future.

The Amin family consists of seven members, including children aged 2 to 17. The father, a wheelchair user, is determined to secure a job at Goodwill, while the two oldest children work at Chick-fil-A while attending high school.

Their transition to the USA has been challenging. The father's limited mobility makes finding employment difficult, and they struggle to cover monthly bills for housing, food, and utilities.
