The Anthony Carlson Family Needs Your Help

Anthony Carlson of Roosevelt, Utah, a 47-year-old husband, father, and grandfather recently passed away from an acute respiratory infection. His passing was a sudden, unexpected, and tragic blow to his lovely wife and family.

 

This campaign is being sponsored by Anthony’s siblings, who are also contributing money to this campaign. Our intention is to bless his family by covering the funeral expenses, defraying the medical costs, supplementing the family's unexpected loss of income, and generally helping to lift the financial burden that has fallen upon Anthony’s wife.

 

On October 3, during a weekly family Zoom meeting, Anthony, who had already indicated that he had been feeling sick, said, “Guys. I’m really not feeling well. I’m going to need to bow out early tonight.” We all bid him goodnight and promised to pray for his speedy recovery. That was our last conversation with Anthony. Later that evening he was taken to a local hospital, intubated, and then flown by air ambulance to a trauma center better able to cope with his rapidly worsening condition. Unconcious and with a cascade of progressive complications, he finally passed away on the evening of October 25.

 

Anthony leaves behind a wife of 26 years, five children ranging in age from 13 to 26, and two grandchildren. Anthony has another son who preceded him in death just 4 years ago at the age of 21.

 

Nobody enjoys soliciting donations but this campaign is being launched in spite of that because the financial burdens that have suddenly fallen upon Anthony’s family are very real. Your generosity is both respected and appreciated.
