Hi, my name is Angela and I am asking for help for my brother (Drew) and his family, after a failed suicide attempt this past Thanksgiving, with all donations going towards housing. My brother is no longer a functional adult, has no short-term memory, and cannot carry out daily functions to live independently. His wife was pregnant at the time of

the attempt and has been left as a single mom who is still dedicated to Drew, going to the hospital (where he has been since Oct, waiting on a rehab bed) with her newborn for daily visits. We are incredibly lucky to have her! But life is hard for her...she is making very little from maternity leave, suffers from PTSD, and is unable to access Drew's accounts due to legal red tape. She may have to leave their apartment and move to a cheap (potentially unclean or unsafe) apartment in order to make ends meet. Covid has affected us all in one way or another, and Drew and his family are no exception. If you can please find it in your heart to donate, this money will go directly to pay rent for one year so that my sister-in-law can focus on her baby, herself and Drew - not finances.
