The Armenian Spirit Documentary
Donation protected

Hi, my name is Angela Asatrian I am a social worker and award winning filmmaker. I was born and raised in Glendale, California. I’m half Armenian and am part of the Armenian diaspora. I am making this documentary to raise awareness about what has happened in Artsakh and Armenia during the 2020 war and the after events. My cousin, Garnik, was killed during the first day of the war, he was only 18 years old. My uncle is a volunteer soldier, helping to protect Armenia’s borders. I’m making this film for them, for us and to help bring justice and restitution to the Armenian people.
The Armenian Spirit is a documentary that investigates the 2020 war in Artsakh and the events following it. I explore the Armenian history to help explain current events and dive into Panturkism, Armenophobia and Illegal war crimes. I hope to show the world what the Armenian people have endured and what their fate may be if they leave Turkey and Azerbaijan unchecked.
Your donation will go towards paying for the crew (cinematography, sound engineer, animator, license for music and stock footage) along with post production costs such as editing and sound mixing.
The film is about 70% completed and your donation will help me finish this film and get it released end of January.
Thank you all for your help to make this documentary come to life.
