For those Who Do Not Know Us - A quick Recap of our Story.

Markus and Miriam, founders of Turtle Transformation, have been working as a team building high performance teams since 2008. Miriam is the researcher, driven by a deep sense that life for everybody is there to thrive and that we have endless possibilities to create a world where everybody flourishes. One way to start was our teams at work, the other our own family team. In 2014, we went all in for the first time by deciding for Miriam to dedicate herself solely on this research project and implementing it in Markus teams. The results are exiting: we not only build Markus career only working part-time and taking long periods of parental leave, but also created teams that had less sick days, continuous high quality results, higher engagement scores and an atmosphere of innovation, trust and ways to deal constructively with issues that naturally arise when people work together.

We had a high interest in how we achieved these results, not only in work but also in our family life. We started coaching for free, and it grew so much that the step to start our own company "Turtle Transformation Limited" came naturally: https://turtletrafo.com

The last 1,5 years we have built high quality products for the necessary toolkit of authentic leaders as well as one and one and group coaching. With this foundation, we are ready to create the authentic leader academy with a monthly program of life calls and the foundation masterclass for authentic leadership as well as the curriculum for the Authentic Leader Certification.
