The beacons are lit... House Agro calls for aid!

Greetings, boys and ghouls! If you've found this page, then you might be familiar with the current story arc taking place at the Agro residence in Lockport NY. For those of you that aren't, please read on:

My name is Tony Agro and I'm writing on behalf of our household today. You might know the adults in our home if you follow the Buffalo & Toronto gaming and alternative music scenes: My wife Jenn and I have been fixtures in the goth scene for years and, with the help of our trusty roommate Peyton, we recently helped run Dragon Snack Games in Buffalo for six years.

Since Dragon Snack abruptly closed down in July 2024, our heroes have been struggling to make ends meet. We've been doing everything we can to sell our own card collection and collectibles while Peyton has been working as a sales agent at CarMax and loving her new position, but life likes to throw you a curve ball every once in a while.

On February 17, 2025, I underwent surgery for colon issues that had been plaguing me for years... the same issues that had basically prevented me from being able to find an actual position with a company since being set free. After years of struggling, Jenn finally found a doctor that was willing to properly diagnose and treat my issues and the result was immediate surgery for the removal of two hemorrhoids that had been blocking my exhaust port and causing me to bleed heavily pretty much daily for years. I've been told that I'm going to be out of commission for 6-12 weeks, depending on how my body heals.

Then of course... on February 18, 2025, Peyton slipped on the ice while working and fractured her right leg in multiple locations. Peyton has since had surgery and is now recovering, but she'll also be out of work now for an undetermined amount of time. She's in a full cast and is able to move about the house with the assistance of a scooter and/or crutches, but won't be able to drive or work until she's cleared.

Luckily, Jenn has been mostly healthy this entire time! In addition to taking care of her patients, she's also been applying to pretty much every employer she could find for months and hasn't been able to find employment.

As of right now, our rent is past due, more bills are on the horizon, and we are quickly running out of options. Niagara County SNAP has denied our application for a third time now, which has brought us to this point. With 100% of the store's profits going to help us survive, we've been unable to replenish product and are quickly running low.

Our household has three adults, one 14-year old bottomless pit, and four cats that all would greatly appreciate any charity that you can muster in our name.
