The Bemrose School Year 11 Prom - Sponsor A Child

We are representatives of the Year 11 students at The Bemrose School, Derby. For July 2025, we are in the process of organising the school Prom. This is to celebrate our Year 11 students’ rite of passage, something they have worked hard for, for the past 5 Years. We wish to celebrate their academic success, their personal achievements and to create lasting memories that will stay with them forever.

Recent changes to school budgets have meant there is no funding available for this meaningful event, so we are seeking support to raise funds to help enable this to go ahead. Mrs Watson and Team have fundraised outside of school to help raise the money for the venue hire costings and DJ hire. We desperately seek the opportunity to make this event free for all by organising The Sponsor A Child fundraiser. By donating £10 you will enable a young person to attend this prom which would ordinarily be beyond theirs and their family's means.
