The Best Dog: Elmer P Mattie

Hello Sweet Friends, my brother’s goodest boy, the famous greyhound Elmer P Mattie is very, very sick. Elmer started his life on a race track. When he retired, Josh rescued this amazing doggo in 2016 and he has had the best life. He also has been an important part of helping Josh understand that he is lovable and caring.

Elmer has had a hard road this summer from low platelets, to a foot injury and last night he was rushed to the veterinary ER with a 106 fever and extreme dehydration after not eating or drinking for two days. Testing revealed that he has some issues with his esophagus and other abnormalities in his thyroid. He’s due for a CT scan any minute now.

So far, the price tag for all of this much needed, emergency care is approaching $7000. Your donation will help Josh focus on making the best decisions for Mr. Elmer Pizza Mattie rather than focus on the expense.
