The Big Half for Ride High!

I'm running the Big Half for Ride High!

After raising funds through running the Rocket 5k at the MK Marathon weekend, I am now stepping it up and running a half marathon.

This incredible charity based in Loughton in Milton Keynes supports disadvantaged young people through learning to care for and ride horses, as well as taking part in club room activities that help them be creative and express how they are feeling.

I've been lucky enough to see first hand the impact this makes through volunteering for the charity. Young people who start the programme feeling quiet and uncomfortable leave it with new friends, laughing and taking part in activities. Many are able to return to educational settings when they weren't previously able to.

But Ride High is only able to do this work through your kind donations. So please, give generously, to help this fantastic charity and help me get through a half marathon!!
