The BIG HERO 3 2023

The BIG HERO 3 is back!!!

Last year we ran a successful campaign that supported 3 children to get Hero Arms,

In 2022 Alexia, Joshua and Thalia were our chosen 3 to join forces to run a joint crowdfunding campaign to raise £16k which they smashed in 19 days!!. By taking part in this campaign each child benefited from £8k worth of funding paid towards their platinum package Hero Arm worth £12,699.00 and now lives their life benefitting from their new Hero Arms

This year we are running the same campaign in association with The LimbBo Foundation to help 3 more children get Hero Arms. This page has been set up so that the families can fundraise together, support each other and successfully fundraise the shortfall needed.

With funding support from The Worshipful Company of The Glovers and The Open Bionics Foundation, the three families will together crowdfund for the shortfall.

Our families this year needing your support are:-

Sport-loving Harrison age 7 from Shropshire is a very active little boy who loves to play football, tennis, rugby and swim. He said he would love a Hero Arm so that he can pick up his toys with 2 hands! Harrison plans on having a toy sale to help him fundraise as part of the BIG HERO 3.

Girly Girl Robyn age 10 from Devon loves doing her makeup and hair and anything crafty. She is Taylor Swift mad. She would love a Hero arm to help her with her arts and crafts and wants to give applying makeup with a bionic hand a go.

And last but not least Safiyyah age 8 from East London is also a girly girl and a proud oldest sister who LOVES to look after her siblings. Safiyyah is really into her gymnastics and loves arts and crafts. Safiyyah would love a Hero Arm so that it can help her with her arts and crafts and be even more independent.

The Hero Arm is a 3d printed, lightweight, multi-grip bionic arm designed and manufactured in Bristol by award-winning Open Bionics.

Super excited about being a part of The Big Hero 3 this year the families are asking that you get behind their campaign in any way you can to help them achieve their dreams.

The Big Hero 3 are raising funds through The Open Bionics Foundation and every donation will be split between all 3 children and support all 3 children in getting their Hero Arms. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause it is truly appreciated.
