THE BLACK MARKETPLACE - A PLACE THAT WILL WELCOME ALL AND BE SAFE FOR ALL OF US TO SHOP WITHOUT FEAR.

About us:
This Black Business Minnesota fundraiser is organized by Nancy Korsah and Brian White, the founders of Black Business Enterprises. Black Business Enterprises manages 45 black business groups on Facebook, enabling businesses across the country to reach their local community more effectively. The main group is Black Business Minnesota which has over 36,000 members and serves as a digital marketplace where buyers and sellers can connect and exchange. Sellers are able to share their offerings and buyers can easily support local businesses. Trust is at the heart of our network.   

The funds will be used to purchase a large space to create the black marketplace mall, much like the Somali  and Hmong communities,  
we are hoping to serve our community by offering low rent for business owners that wish to move their businesses out of their homes, 
businesses that were destroyed due to recent events and for any new entrepreneurs that need the space.
African American community can showcase their culinary skills, sell their handmade items, and share their talent with their community in a safe affordable place.

We had several businesses that were deeply affected during COVID-19 and the riots that are not sure if they can afford to return after not receiving the PPP program, we are hoping to be a great alternative for them.

We want to incorporate Art, Food, Retail, Medical, and other professionals all in one space.


We invite you to come and see for yourself, we have created a massive digital market place with over 290k interactions/transactions per month, all on Facebook.
Business owners have the full support of their community and they are given the spotlight.
We support our members to legitimize their businesses, file for business licenses, online marketing, branding, and more. We believe black-owned businesses deserve a chance to have a spotlight in the marketplace and as a company, this is our mission.
