The Boon Family

Hi, my name is Nicole Herron, and I am creating this on behalf of my sister Jenny and her family. On July 3rd my 17 year old nephew was at a birthday party at a beach. Then a firework fell and it exploded out the side shooting into a crowd of people. The firework hit Ryan causing his shirt to catch on fire. Ryan suffered 2nd degree and 3rd degree burns under his arm and along one side of his body. He is home and recovering. However, he has a long road ahead of him. Thankfully he will not need surgery, but will have several follow up visits and has several medications to take to prevent infection.

This unfortunate circumstances leaves my sister and her family in a tight financial position with all of Ryan’s medical expense, as well as her and her husband taking time off to be with Ryan while he recovers. Any support, or help that can be given will go towards medical expenses.
