The Bra Walk for Action Cancer

So my lovely sister in law and I have decided to do the 10k Bra walk for Action Cancer. When I agreed to do this at the start of May, my mother was being treated for Pancreatic cancer. She had a very long battle with cancer, 11 years to be exact, in what started as breast cancer. Through the years, she suffered a couple of set backs, with tumours on her spine and breast, to more recent in her pancreas. But what has happened in the last 3 weeks, we were not prepared for. Suffering pain in her stomach and back, the cancer had spread to numerous places over her body, and we were given the devastating news of nothing more can be done, and if she had 2 months, we would be lucky.
We weren't lucky at all, a progressive decline everyday, and the pain she went through, we said a very painful goodbye on 23rd May.
Devastated wouldn't even begin to cover how I feel to have lost the most amazing person in my life. Cancer unfortunately effects us all, but if I can in some way help someone fight against or prevent it then I will try my best to do so!
So please help me at least raise £80 (£160 for Bronagh and I) so I can help fund one mammogram which could potentially save a life!
I'm not the best at writing things like this, especially at this time, but I hope to have made clear why were fundraising!
