The Braeuer Family Home Team

The Braeuers continue to be so completely overwhelmed by the outpouring of support and love that they are receiving from family and friends since Mike and Salem's car accident.  They truly treasure your prayers most and have seen them be so effective beyond what they could have asked or imagined. We at home know they will still be facing overwhelming financial obligations in the coming weeks and months.  In addition to the medical expenses, there have been so many additional costs already incurred with travel, logistics etc.- the sum is still increasing truly by the minute.  As they bring Mike home, he will likely be unable to work full time and there will continue to be expenses around medications, physical therapy, childcare, potential modifications to their home to accomodate a wheelchair, etc.  With the holidays fast approaching, we want Christin to be able to focus her attention and efforts on the care of Mike and the family.  While we are not coordinating this effort without their knowledge, it was certainly not easy to convince them to allow us to go forward with this.  They rest in knowing that God is their Healer, Provider, Protector and Restorer, and know that He will ultimately provide for their needs.  However, they also know that so many people are genuinely looking for ways to help during this crisis and so many of their needs are expensive.  If you would like to contribute, here is one way to support the Braeuers.  They remain so, so grateful for your words of encouragement, your help with day to day things and above all your prayers.  Thank you for the outpouring of support and love you are showering over them!
