THE BRANDED COW FOOD TRAILER

My name is Brian Butler. I have been in the restaurant industry for 20 years now, I have finally made the decision to branch out on my own. While I love the industry I have 4 kids at home that need dad to be around more.

I am starting a food trailer in the San Antonio area. We will be specializing in hand made burgers and bratwurst. These are recipes and techniques I have developed during the many years I have spent learning from various chefs and colleagues in the industry.

We will be a mobile trailer that will travel to various local events and festivals in the area. We will be available for catering and private events as well. We will also be partnering with local sports clubs to be available for tournaments and fundraising events.
