The Brandon Jones Family needs our help!

Hello! My name is Jill Neave and my husband, Mike, and I are trying to help some precious friends complete their home, due to some issues with construction management. We own a construction company called Eagle Interiors, based in South Carolina, and are blessed to be able to come and try to make this right for this wonderful family.
Brandon, Amanda, Caleb and Kaylee Jones are some of the most special and loving people you could ever hope to meet. Brandon spent his teenage years and early adult life serving the Southern Gospel community through website design, and through supporting the music. I was in one of the gospel groups he served.
After he and Amanda married and had children, they sold their home, loaded up their family, and traveled the country for several years as missionaries, helping to get computers, cameras, etc installed in churches….he offered free labor and was allowed to preach at most churches for a love offering.
It was only after his dad passed away that they came back to Texas to settle down…..thus the fiasco with their house began.
We came a few weeks ago from SC to Texas to build an apartment in their shop so they’d have somewhere of their own to live until the house gets completed. We brought a great crew with us, and a few volunteers, and got this accomplished in 8 days.
However, the house has been sitting, pretty much in its current state, for months. They were supposed to be in the house by August of 2022 but until we got here, it wasn’t even dried in. At this point, we don’t know how much of what has been done will have to be replaced.
They are not the first people to have trouble with a contractor……I know that, and they are not trying to avoid a house payment….but in this situation, the contractor has taken over $52,000 from them that it is doubtful they will recover. Not to mention, the enormous amount of money that has been spent on metal siding and roofing material for the house, which has either not been installed, or not installed correctly.
So many people around the country and Canada know and love this family. As I have shared Facebook posts and videos about what is being done to help them, many have asked how they can help. We estimate that it will cost approximately $85,000 to finish the house and make sure everything is done correctly. I’ve added a little extra in the amount due to “go fund me” fees and any extra things that come up.
Pictured below is the house when we arrived a few days ago.
We’d surely appreciate your help!
