Anyone that knows me, knows family is my everything. After losing our mother to cancer, my brothers and I were blessed and fortunate enough to have our Godparents fill that void. Now it is our time to try to give back.
Our Godbrother, Brett Parker, has been in our lives since the day he came home from the hospital. To us, he is not a distant cousin or some non-blood relative… he is our brother. And right now, he needs our help. Brett is 31 years young and unfortunately, he has just been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. Although he is the head of his household and main provider for his wife and 2 daughters, the job that he loves, does not come with great benefits for him and his family. As a result, I am trying to see if he can “benefit” from having brothers like us who know a ton of awesome people willing to help.
He has been in the ICU since Wednesday Night and is not expected to be released until Tuesday or Wednesday. If you have ever spent an hour at the hospital, you know just what type of tab Brett is accruing during his mandatory stay and observation. As a result, I am asking for your help. Anything and everything will be accepted and appreciated and put towards his stay. I invite any questions or inquiries you may have… and on behalf of my family, thank you very much.
