The Brian Black Fund

Brian Black is a writer and Co-Creator of The Grey Rooms, but to many, he is also a good friend.

Recently, Brian (a stroke survivor) recently discovered the cause of his back to back strokes was a rare auto immune syndrome called antiphospholipid syndrome (also known as Hughes Syndrome).

Unfortunately, while this discovery will help him prevent future strokes, he is still at high risk, thus potentially expensive and unexpected medical care both at home and in office will need to be done.

Brian has been a great friend to the indie horror community, and we would like to give back in his time of need.

This goal is a temporary one as we do not know how extensive the costs could be to Brian and his wife as Hughes Syndrome can last a lifetime or go away in a few years with treatment. But, we do want to try and give Brian and his wife as much help as we can, especially as the new year closes in.

So please, give generously, and spread the word where you can so Brian here knows he won't be facing this new obstacle alone.
