The Briggs are Adopting!

We are Josh and Hannah Briggs and we are extremely excited to announce that we are adopting! 

OUR STORY:

After years of infertility, we feel led to grow our family by the amazing gift of adoption! Adoption has always had a special place in our hearts and we had talked about adopting long before we were even married. We did not know, however, that God would allow the pain and heartache of infertility to lead us to this point. We fully believe that it is more important to us to have a family than to make a family. 

Adoption is incredibly special to our family as Josh himself was adopted and we have one adopted nephew including one on the way! Our family is super happy and excited to meet the newest addition to our clan! 

We are over the moon about becoming parents! To have a child to love, nurture, protect, and be forever ours makes our hearts burst!

We would love for our family and friends to partner with us in helping us bring our precious baby home. In order to do that we are sharing three ways for you to be apart...

1) Pray! 

* Please pray for our future baby that God would protect them and send them to us in His perfect timing.

* Please pray for the birthmother that God would bring her healing and strength and we would shower her with the love of Christ. 

* Please pray for us as we trust the Lord in this entire process. It is often a very emotional journey and there are a lot of uncertainties. 

2) Give! 

Adoption is very expensive and there are so many costs along the way that are hard to prepare for. The money we receive will go towards our home study, adoption agency costs, including a profile book and adoption classes, our birth mother's needs and hospital bills, attorney fees, etc. It is a very humbling thing to ask for help financially but we see how God often provides for His own through His people. Any amount you feel led to give would mean the world to us and would go a long way! 

3) Share! 

We want to share our story of God's goodness and faithfulness to us and our future little one! Please share with your family and friends by sharing our pictures, Go Fund Me page, and future videos to come!
