Help Jonathan after the New Year Fire

Donation protected
As many of you are probably aware, the beloved Buddy Barn of Shelby Ave, which housed two dear friends, caught fire on Sunday morning, starting the New Year off with an unwelcome welcome.

We are so thankful that our bright angel, Jonathan, was physically unharmed in the fire that happened in his apartment building, and we are also grateful that most of his belongings were unharmed, though rebuilding will not be an inexpensive undertaking.

As someone who has experienced housing loss due to a disaster (see my news story on WKRN!), I can tell you that losing your home isn’t cheap. Moving, storage, cleaning things that have smoke damage, temporary housing, and a deposit on a new place will really add up! We thank anyone who can help donate to cover some of these costs and help our friend out.

Please also see our friend Rachel’s GoFundMe who’s home was totally devastated by this fire.
