The Brooks Family Housefire

My name is Courtney and I am raising these funds to help my sister and family rebuild their lives after losing everything in a housefire a couple days after Christmas. 

On December 28th at approximately 5:45am while everyone was sleeping, an electrical fire started in the basement and engulfed the home in flames.  My sister, her husband, their two children, two other family members and their three dogs survived the fire. Thankfully, the smoke detector woke everyone up in time to get out safely.

They lost most of the contents of the home and have major structural damage. They did not have content insurance and have to buy everything for a family of 6. The funds will be used to furnish their temporary dwelling while their home is repaired as well as purchase all new clothing, bedding, housewares, footwear, toiletries, appliances and food.
