The Children Kidney Centre in Heath Hospital

In October I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon, I am fundraising for The Childrens Kidney Centre in Heath Hospital, Cardiff. Ten years ago this year I was diagnosed with Kindey Failure out of the blue, I went to them 3 times a week for the months between September 2012 and February 2013 for multiple operations and plenty of sessions of dialysis whilst I waited for a Kidney Transplant. The people there took great care of me and my family to make us feel at ease in what was a scary time for them. I want to raise money to give back to them to be able to continue doing what they do and help many more people. I hope that the money raised will be used to get any equipment needed or to invest in the centre itself for anything they need.
