We are the COLLECTIVE- Group of religious cult survivors

Hi Guys, We are the COLLECTIVE a group of survivors from different cultures, races, backgrounds and faith groups. We have come together to form a group where we can deprogram and deconstruct our mind to break free from the indoctrination of false religious persons in trusted positions.

Many of the survivors have been speaking their truth via social media platforms to expose the abuses of religious high control groups. Survivors have been raped, sexually assaulted, psychologically, emotionally, financially abused and we are left to pick up the broken pieces and navigate our way in life post cult exit.

Additionally, we have been isolated from wider society lost friendships, relationships and even family. Therefore, we have set up a CIC called the Hold The Hope (please refer to companies house records online). Through this CIC we aim to provide, support groups, facilitate events to create awareness on cult abuses.

Majority of survivors have come from mega churches who have suffered abuses under the hands of malignant narcissists. Therefore re-integration back into society is key as well as forming a safe network where we can heal and take our power back through collective action.

Currently, the demand has grown as more survivors have come forward at crisis need trying to exit cults. Therefore, we are trying to raise money to get a space to meet, and deliver services, support groups, cult exit and events to facilitate deprogramming and deconstructing of the mind. To act as a safe hub and main point of contact for victims and survivors of cult abuse.

Moreover, we would like to have a Christmas gathering as this is a time when survivors from the mega church cults feel most isolated and suicidal. Therefore, we want to change the narrative by having a christmas soiree where suvriviors can meet in a safe space to celebrate leaving the cult, promote social inclusion and provide a safe space for those in need. We will need to acquire a hall, DJ set, food, decorations which all add up.

Therefore, your support would be much appreciated, as we were financially abused it is a very sensitive topic for us to raise money. However, we have found ourselves in a position where most churches are unsafe, pastors are stealing and only care about making money in our experience. For this reason, we have to create safe spaces for our communities.
