Halloween will never be the same for the Colston
family.
My amazing cousin Joe suffered a major heart attack and passed away at the young age of 48. He leaves behind a beautiful loving wife and two amazing sons.
For everyone that didn’t know, my cousin he was the true definition of a family man. He worked long days to provide for his family. His loving wife Maricel is a stay at home mom she takes care of their oldest son that has special needs. Joe recently started a new job as a computer software engineer. He was saving every penny he could to buy a home for his family. He made so many sacrifices for the benefit of his family.
I have looked up to him my entire life. We both grew up together as only children. So needless to say he felt like an older brother to me. So many hours were spent playing video games. I will never forget the multiple times he would be watching The Simpsons, so I would sneak in and try to watch it with him. Since I was much younger I was not allowed to watch it. If we got caught I was forced to leave the room. Joe would quit watching it and come play video games with me so I didn’t feel left out.

Currently his family is on the other side of the world in the Philippines. They are out there on a trip to visit her family. Unfortunately, they received a horrible phone call that would change their lives forever.
At this time we are unsure when his family can get back to the United States. Our entire family is at a loss on what to do. His beautiful family will need all the help they can get for funeral expenses and and living expenses until they can figure out how to move on.
Anything helps! We appreciate it anything big or small. Myself and the rest of the Colston family thanks you.
R.I.P “Joe fish”.
Forever remembered and never forgotten.
