The Community Mentor - Big Chris, the Gentle Giant

Big Chris, AKA The Gentle Giant was a beloved son, nephew, cousin and grandson. He was loved by the Central Islip Community, Tacoma Washington Community, Basketball Community, close friends, and Colleagues. He left a mark on people who crossed his paths. His presence was known the minute he stepped into a room. Chris has done so much for himself and his family in the 24 years God had him on this earth. He was a mentor to so many young children and young adults that he chose to move to Washington to continue pursuing his dreams of mentoring children. Chris also became a great photographer. He was a graduate of Central Islip High School, The Knox School and also graduated after taking Parenting Classes to be certified to continue working with children. We are asking for donations to assist his mom, Joeanna with the burial of her beloved son Chris. We also want to help her with outstanding hospital bills, personal bills Chris may have had and to assist Joeanna in bringing her son Chris home. Any donations will be greatly appreciated as we are here to help his mom at this time.
