Help the Cooks! Devastation of Hurricane Ian
Donation protected
Hi! My name is Traci Goldstine and I am the best friend of Shelby Cook who I have known since 5th grade. Her parents Ron and Roxanne Cook, are like a second set of parents to me.
I am here to ask for assistance in helping get my Ron and Roxanne Cook back on their feet following the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian.
As many of you are aware, Hurricane Ian came and destroyed Ft. Myers, Florida. Thank God they were able to escape safely, however they had to leave behind their home. When they returned, they discovered their entire roof was gone and part of the garage landed on Roxanne’s car. They still don’t have power and have so much cleaning up to do. The roof is currently tarped but due to it being a modular home, the tarp will only last about two weeks.
Yes, I know insurance covers some cost, but since their home is a manufacturered home, it’s minimal insurance and they do not cover all cost and in order to get their roof fixed. Mr.
Cook had heart surgery last month so he’s not able to work currently and they need to come up with a lot of money to get it redone.
Let’s come together, just like they have for us in the past, to help out this amazing family out in this time of need. Any amount is appreciated! Their daughter Shelby has a CashApp/Zelle if you feel more comfortable donating there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support in this time of need.
