The Crews News Needs Your Help for Publication Costs

Donation protected
Hello,
As Editor of The Crews News for Oceanside, California boaters I have been struggling with a few things and now it is time to ask the boating community for help.

You may or may not realize that the only funds for The Crews News comes from advertising and from the kind readers who have donated thus far. There is no budget and I am keeping costs as low as possible without degrading the quality of this newsletter. I do not pay myself for the countless hours that I spend writing, designing, printing, folding and delivering this publication. I do enjoy doing this, or I would not continue.

I believe, and those whom read it every month also believe, that The Crews News is the voice of the slip renters. It is the way pertinent information is presented to slip renters that affects their investment. It is also a way to share fun events and news that pertains to harbor slip renters and tourists as well.

I will be keeping this Go Fund Me account open to help with publication costs going forward. Fantastic donors funded the literature racks! We have three of them, one on the north side, one on the south side and one in the middle of the harbor. THANK YOU!! Publishing costs will continue onward as long as the publication is alive, so any help I can get is much appreciated!

Thank you for your help and consideration!
