Urgent help needed for David Singleton!!!

   A few weeks ago 8 year old Michael’s excitement for the summer turned to tears as he experienced the sadness and fear of what was going to happen to his dad! David became very sick and was hospitalized in Orofino and then life flighted to Lewiston. He almost lost his life that day and has been in serious condition since. Day to day and minute to minute hundreds of prayers are being shared that this strong man of Faith still has time to spend with those that love him in this life. His family, friends, co workers and community need this incredible hardworking man’s love, character and presence! Once he is out of the ICU and recovered he will still not be able to work for some time. The family had just invested their savings into a septic system on their land. With zero income and living pay check to pay check like most of us this is devastating.

 

THE FAMILY DREAM: David, Marcie and 8 year old Michael Singleton moved to a beautiful area called Harrisburg above Kamiah, Idaho from MT to build a life for their family. They have been living in a camper on their land as they build fences, outbuildings and caring for a garden, goats and chickens. The dream of a larger living space on the goal list along with other dreams for their future as a family. David works at Empire Lumber in Kamiah, Idaho and is the sole income earner for the family. Marcie homeschools Michael and works hard keeping the homestead running. Michael has been very excited after a long and snowy winter to spend time with dad fishing and doing other father/son activities. He is a very active and old soul child who loves his daddy very much!!!

 

 

PRETTY PLEASE: The priority of course is David’s recovery and I’m asking for the priceless gift of prayers for him and his family. And that you may find it in your heart to help financially in any amount you can. Marcie and Michael have strong faith and have good friends and neighbors that are doing all they can to help.

 

FINANCIAL RELIEF: All of us know the stress finances has on our lives. Working hard and not thinking that being unable to work will happen. Marcie and Michael also have their love and their rock fighting for his life alone. Unable to be with him because of Covid restrictions. We can help lighten the financial burden so she can totally focus on comforting and reassuring Michael and believing that God will bless David’s body in healing and strength through recovery.

 

THANK YOU: My deepest thanks to you for taking the time to read this and for the prayers I’m sure you will send to the family. For any financial contribution that you can make I know you will be blessed ten fold in return because you can not out give God. I completely believe the way to turn around any negative energy or empty tank we may be experiencing in our lives is to selflessly give to others. I have given my last $20 to someone only to get a phone call to earn several times more than that in return. We are here to H.O.P.E! Help Other People Excel! When we help others get what the need we will always have what we need. First we have to be a blessing to be blessed!!!

 

Father God,

We come to you for the Singleton family. We pray for comfort and healing for David Singleton. We pray for you to hold him in your arms of peace as you heal his body. We pray that you comfort Marcie and Michael and help them feel secure in the love and caring of their family, friends, neighbors and community. Please allow us to share in helping them through this difficult time. Thank you for the bright future you have planned for this family. Thank you that you are with them all as they grow in strength from this trial. Thank you for loving us unconditionally as your children.
