Hi my name is Ashton LaFatch & I’m fundraising for the family of Deijon Bedgood. As many of you know Deijon was taken away from us April 21st at 3:04 am in Columbus, Ohio. Deijon died a hero trying to save his friends life & was killed doing so. My heart hurts for his family, friends and mostly for him. He was the most uplifting, kind & honest human being I've ever met. The man I know only had the purest intentions for the people in his life. I’m not surprised that he risked his own life to save his friend. He’s a hero to everyone who knew him. We have so many memories, laughs, and deep conversations together, I’ll cherish forever. Deijon will forever be our guardian angel until we meet again. I will do everything I can in life to make him proud as we all should. His story & who he is as a person will never be forgotten. Deijon loves his family deeply and only wants the best for them. Deijon once told me all he wants to do is be able to take care of himself & loved ones. He moved away for new opportunities to better himself & by doing so he could give back to his family. Deijon was truly a good man. He always showed me respect & love. I’m going to do everything I can for the people he loves. I know he would want & appreciate it. He’s a King in my eyes. Deijon’s spirit will forever live on through his family & friends.
