My father, "Dr. Kenny" Hasija, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020.
He was the ultimate "encourager." If he recognized a passion within you, he would push you to pursue it . . . no matter what. (It's how I ended up in the theater, instead of following in his physician footsteps.)
It is my goal to carry on his tradition by establishing a scholarship fund, The Dr. Kenny Encouragement Fund, to help support students pursuing a career in the arts.
Thank you for helping to keep his memory and spirit alive by helping to encourage others. Because somewhere, Dr. Kenny is looking down at all of us and saying, "Go for it!"
