The New Dumke Family's Cancer Battle

Hi, my name is Rachel and I’m fundraising for my friend Lisa, her husband Brandon, and their new baby girl Ava.

Earlier this month, what was supposed to be the happiest day of their lives turned into the scariest day of their lives. Not only was baby Ava going to make her entrance a month early…Lisa was being diagnosed with an aggressive stage 3 ovarian cancer.

The last few weeks have been a crazy whirlwind for the Dumke family, and the months ahead are filled with fear and uncertainty. Lisa will not be working at all while she battles through chemo and surgeries, and Brandon will be taking an extended leave from work to take care of both Lisa and Ava.

Now I’m asking for your help. Financially this family will be pushed far beyond its limits. Between everyday bills, caring for a newborn, and Lisa’s coming medical bills they will need all of us. Please consider a donation of any size to help them through this seemingly insurmountable challenge.
