The Early S.T.E.A.M. Academy Scholarship Fund

Peace and Light All! The Early STEAM Academy is a private afrocentric holistic school that serves scholars ages 2 months to 13 years old. We were founded in 2018 by Anita English, a former employee of several public and charter school systems. As a teacher, Anita saw first hand how the current academic system is failing our children. So she decided to be the change she wanted to see. In 2018 she opened with 7 scholars. She focused on teaching the whole child in a loving, unapologetically afrocentric, spiritually respectful environment. The results have been scholars 2-3 YEARS ahead of their counterparts in other educational systems. We focus on teaching accelerated mathematics, reading, science, and technology from a melanin-dominant perspective. We are launching this campaign to assist our parents with the cost of tuition.
