The Elea Project

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Deeksha Khanna, and I am the founder of The Elea Project. According to public health statistics, 1 in 4 girls is unable to attend school because of a lack of access to menstrual health products, giving rise to a gap in the educational success between teenage girls and their peers. To combat this problem, I have founded The Elea Project. With this initiative, I hope to raise money and awareness dedicated to alleviating period poverty and assuring women's menstrual health in my community. Through this fundraiser, I hope to procure menstrual supplies that will be donated to homeless shelters and community centers in the Atlanta area to help instill menstrual equality among women and ensure women's menstrual health. Our goal is to raise $3000 by May 2023!
