The employees of our partner production facility

Hey guys! I'm Deric Cahill AKA @BOLDFAM on TikTok. As many of you know, I own a small chocolate company with my wife Brooklynn - Wicked BOLD.

I am making this GoFundMe to support the employees of a company we were partnered with that has gone bankrupt and withheld the wages of their employees.

As some of you know, Wicked BOLD was recently picked up by Walmart in over 800 stores and we had to find a partner to help us with our chocolate production.

We landed on a small company in Southern California that started off great but quickly started to show signs of poor operational and financial management.

Unfortunately, last week it came to light that they were insolvent and unable to even make their payroll for which their people had already worked; even though I'd paid for nearly 70% of our production run in advance.

All in all, our small company has lost about $80,000 between overpayment to them and lost revenue but this GoFundMe is for the employees that they have not paid and have no intention of paying.

The production manager of the facility, Noe, is such a genuine and hard-working dude and the company owes him over $15,000 in back wages. Noe is expecting a baby in the next two weeks and it's unimaginable the stress that he and his wife must be going through right now.

Someone asked in one of my videos how they can help and I want to divert all help to the pockets of these hard working individuals that through no fault of their own have found themselves unemployed and owed a significant amount of money.
