The Ernest J. Memorial Fund

ALS is a disease that not only affects the person, but also the family. On June 7th, 2024, Ernest (Ernie) James Farina passed away after a battle with an aggressive type of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

We invite his loved ones, family and friends to donate to the Ernest J Memorial Fund as a way to remember Ernie and the impact his life had on others. Ernie loved to travel with his family. It was one of just one of his favorite things to do. He enjoyed traveling to warm destinations with plenty of sunshine and palm trees. When diagnosed with ALS, this all came to a halt. Travel is still possible for this with ALS, but requires many modifications and assistance. Our memorial fund is dedicated to helping those with ALS and their families live out their adventures together and assist in removing as many barriers as possible through equipment and an increase in quality of life.
