The Family of Emil and Lauren Diaz

For those of you who don't know, my husband had a stroke on October 16. Suffering many smaller strokes prior to this life changing incident. A blood clot in his brain had to be surgically removed; with a remaining blood clot in his neck that will hopefully get better over time.

Emil initially lost his ability to speak as well as all mobility in his right arm (his dominant).

After intense medication and rehabilitation he is doing much better.

Although he has vastly improved, he still has some time before he is completely recovered.

As the only provider, Emil is unable to support his family. We have 5 children we take care of plus our two older children. I am currently looking for work to supplement the lack of income and financial hardship we are currently facing.

Emil and I hate that we have to ask for help but we know we will not be able to make ends meet at the moment. We would be immensely grateful for any donations during our time of need.
