The Family of John Morse

Donation protected
While taking an early morning prayer walk on Saturday, June 25th, John Morse suddenly and tragically died when he was struck by a vehicle.

John was born and raised in/around Charleston, SC. He earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the Citadel (Class of ’89). After working with CH2M HILL for over 18 years, John signed on with ATCS as an engineer and owner. John also studied at multiple seminaries, including Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (where he earned a Master of Divinity), and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (where he earned a Master of Theology).

John was a powerful man who exuded faith and confidence. He had the incredible gift of balancing his love for God and family, teaching at Stevensburg Baptist Church and working tirelessly at ATCS and CH2M HILL. John was an avid University of South Carolina Gamecocks fan, rarely missing a chance to watch them regardless of the sport. John is survived by Kathy, his wife of 25 years, and his children: Jackson, Cooper, Sullivan, Hampton, Walker, and Caroline.

John was the sole breadwinner for his family of 8. His wife Kathy home schools their kids; all 6 have yet to finish their high school or higher education. Any donation to assist John’s family would be greatly appreciated.
