The family of Mikie Linley

Hi my name is Jennifer. I am Mikie’s sister. I created this page to try an help Davina as much as possible.

Mikie has had a terrible medical battle over the last 6-8 weeks.

After being diagnosed with congestive heart failure, respiratory distress blood clots and a mountain of other problems he started bleeding, lost a significant amount of blood, they couldn’t get clear out. That resulted in him being placed on a ventilator. His breathing wasn’t any better, and his lungs weren’t strong enough. So a tracheostomy was placed. After having a couple good days. Yesterday evening he started bleeding again and they have been able to temporarily control the bleeding each time. After more test was done they found an aneurysm in his carotid artery.

He is currently stable enough to be transferred. They will transferring him the Cleveland clinic.

With that brings top notch care for Mikie, and a little more hope for us.

it also brings 3 hour one travel time for his wife and son. The last 6 weeks have been rough for to continue working and be there for Mikie.

I set this page up In hopes to elevate some financial burdens for gas, food, and accommodations that will be needed for them.
