I am setting up this fundraiser for the family of Teil-Lynn Cook.

Teil-Lyn Cook of Pickering, Ontario tragically lost her life on Tuesday, December 6th at just 19 years of age - two days after being the victim of a violent attack. Teil-lyn fought and battled hard on life support, through many many hours of surgeries over the two days. It was devastating news to hear the damage was beyond repair.

Teil-lyn was a brave, bright and loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend, who was ripped from this earth far too soon.

This GoFundMe has been created to help take the financial strain and stress off the family - at a time of the year that's usually reserved for family and togetherness - while they grieve the devastating loss of their forever angel, Teil-lyn.

Any donation, big or small, is immensely appreciated, and will go directly towards giving Teil-lyn the proper final resting place she deserves.

Your time here with us was far too short, and none of us feel as though we had enough time - there should’ve been many many years more. More laughs, more memories, just more of you. You didn’t deserve this. You were such a light in all of our lives and we don’t think there will ever be a time we feel complete again.  To know there will be no more memories created or pictures with you here, is a pain we’ll never be able to describe. Our lives are forever changed, and our hearts shattered. We pray you show us your presence every day, to allow us to know you’re happy and at peace. Watch over, guide and protect us. We will miss you for the rest of our lives, and you will NEVER be forgotten.
