Helping the family say goodbye

Hi, my name is Debbie Yurkevicz Brescia. I am the niece of Donna Yurkevicz ( Driscoll ). My sweet Aunt was diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer a couple months ago and currently is home on hospice. The hospice nurses have stated that she only has a couple days left. I am creating this site for the friends and family members of Donna that would to contribute to helping the family be able to say goodbye to her properly. My Aunt does not have any life insurance that would cover the cost of this… My aunt has been my personal angel for the last 8 and a half years. She has given me so much of herself these past years to watch my children while my husband and I worked. She watched them up until her diagnosis. She did this for so many people giving herself to everyone else that needed anything and always put others needs in front of her own. She is a devout Christian and has lived her life through God. She would donate her time and anything she could gather to The Mission in Atlantic City. She went to bible study regularly and would help anyone that needed it, offering the shirt off her back. I have never met anyone that would think of others needs before their own to the point of sacrificing themselves to make sure another person was well, had care, had emotional support, had clothing, had a place to stay, had food or needed money. The family is struggling financially and needs help with funeral costs since she doesn’t have life insurance. They could use anything you are willing to donate.
