The Fibroids Agenda Fund financially supports fibroids treatment/care, advocacy, education, and community impact.

The current state of research and policy that centers fibroids remains dismal. However, countless independent and grassroots efforts offer some hope for change to improve this trend, and should be supported and used as models to demand change in fibroids awareness, visibility, and former mentioned support.

The elevation and expansion of The Fibroids Agenda Fund, and partner podcast, Clo Chats, collectively demonstrate the need for significant progression of solution-focused work.

On November 3, 2022, Mondesir successfully received a minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy. Benefitted by her exceptional surgeon and medical insurance, she has no debt as a result of her successful surgery, and has healed phenomenally. However, many women still suffering from fibroids, endometriosis, and related diseases are not as fortunate, and they are left to suffer not only from debilitating symptoms via fibroids, but medical, social, and financial inequities also.

In an effort to provide any relief to women in relatable circumstances, (in commemoration of Mondesir’s successful surgery), donations and contributions have been collected ever since, thanks to Mondesir’s vision, and many, gracious donors.
