I come to you with a heavy heart to share the news of Debbie's battle against Stage 4 Inflammatory Breast Cancer. This aggressive form of cancer, HER2 positive, demands a tough fight, and Debbie, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, is bravely taking it head-on.

In February 2024, Debbie received her diagnosis, signaling the start of a grueling treatment journey. She will start chemotherapy this week for three months, followed by surgery and radiation. It's a multi-front battle that will take a toll on Debbie and her husband Rick, who have shared 45 years of marriage and friendship.

As they face this daunting challenge, their emotional, physical, and financial resources will be stretched. Rick, Debbie's primary caregiver, will need to take time off work to accompany her to treatments, administer medications, and provide the care she needs. Your prayers and support are invaluable during this time.
