The Fight to Keep Nigel in LA

On May 31st I will face the toughest battle of my life. There will be a hearing to determine if Nigel can remain with me in Los Angeles or move to Denver, Colorado where his mother resides. His mother and I have been in a custody battle since 2015 and now she is trying to get sole custody of Nigel and take him away from me, his brother, family and lifelong friends.
I have already spent over $25,000 in legal fees and at this point I'm all tapped out. Attorney's are expensive, especially good ones. I have done everything in my power to avoid this situation, however I have been left with no other choices. The only way to protect my son's well being and best interests, was to hire another attorney. I have currently burned through the entire retainer fee in a matter of a few short weeks, in large part due to circumstances outside of my control.
So I am asking for any help you can provide financially to help me pay for the costs of this trial. Trust me, if I could continue to do this on my own, I would. But here I am. My son's are the most important part of my life, and I can't imagine living without them.

And as a thank you for those who contribute or spread the word, I will host a FREE two-day math seminar this summer. It will be for the first 100 students recommended by you...either your kids, family or kids you'd like to see improve their math skills and develop a love of math.
